Meet the American

Ok, so maybe one day when Noah is older he will want to know why his mother took 8 months to make him an American citizen. I will of course come up with some crazy story not too far from the truth about a cold country where he was born, an absent Consulate Officer, missing transcripts, a move to Spain, surgery, dad working and traveling too much and some interesting details to fill in between the lines. With the end of the story being something like, and that my son is why.
But fret no more...Noah is finally an American citizen and he and his mommy couldn't be happier! As always he won over all of the woman working in the consulate office with his sweet smiles and happy eyes. Here we are at the door right after taking our oath. Proud to be an American!

Congratulations cute little American boy! Who had surgery? Hope everyone is ok? Aidan is recovering nicely after his op last week, with 2 big scars and 2 very relieved-it's-over parents!! Let us know when you're in town, would love to catch up. We're getting loads of sunshine lately, yummmmmmm.
