Zamora

What could be better than a weekend get away with good friends in the middle of Spain? Really not much, so that is just what we decided to do. Friends from Madrid and Asturias headed to the area of Zamora 2 weeks ago to enjoy a relaxing weekend in a beautiful old house lost in the sprawling plains of the meseta. The air was cold and brisk, but the sunshine was abundant. We had a wonderful time enjoying the children, eating, checking out Zamora city and being with friends.
